Terms & Conditions for Messaging
By engaging Plum Air for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Agreement: The specific details of the services to be provided, including pricing and estimated timelines, will be outlined in a separate service agreement or quotation provided to you. By accepting the services, you agree to the terms outlined in that document.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
3. Warranty: Plum Air warrants its workmanship for a period of time from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover material defects (which may be covered by manufacturer warranties), misuse, or normal wear and tear.
4. Access to Property: You agree to provide Plum Air employees or authorized representatives with safe and unobstructed access to your property as necessary to perform the agreed-upon services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours - notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plum Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.
7. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable service agreement or quotation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plum Air regarding the services provided and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions: Plum Air reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise communicating them to you. Your continued engagement of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number to Plum Air, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us.

Consumers' phone numbers and mobile/messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or other promotional purposes.

Opt-In Language:
Plum Air will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at your location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe. Customers will also be informed that their number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-out instructions: Text STOP or contact us at (570) 454-3057 or plumair1@ptd.net to unsubscribe from any further messages from Plum Air.
